After ive been to the toilet sometimes I get a headache and feel faint?

why is this?

I would go to a doc for a regular physical and mention that.

you may be straining too hard... get some stool softner!
That must be a powerful poop smell that is knocking you out. If your own poop is making you dizzy that is harsh.
I had the same problem and a nurse told me that it could be because of straining. It puts pressure on your lungs believe it or not and can cause your blood oxygen that goes to your brain to lower which results in the faint feeling.
