Can anyone speak about me the grounds of swollen foot and ankles.?

If you have angina after you will get oedema within your feet and ankles due to poor circulation. If you are sitting down, elevate your foot and try raising the shutting down of your bed if you can. Get someone to help you! Keep your brackish levels low...that will give support to. If its too "bad" you should talk to your Dr and see in the region of having a diuretic.. (will put together you wee a lot!)
Usually swollen foot indicate a circulation problem.May I suggest you visit the doctor who will more than imagined prescibe a diuretic
