Does anyone hold morning anxiety?

Does anyone have a funny 'feeling' surrounded by the morning? What do they do about it? I've be on Seroxat for years, and used to feel this style if I forgot to take it. But I'm still taking it - HELP. Its such a horrible thought

if you're on medication, it may be time to visit your psychiatrist (medical management) and endow with him/her an update on your situation. tell him nearly your morning anxiety. your medication might some adjustments or it could be enhancing a side effect specifically making you more anxious in the morning. this could also be a phase and will most probably cycle away but to be sure, i would congregate with the psychiatrist for medical adjustment.

Well I dont know, Im always consciousness funny in the mornings, so my resolution is to come out to your windowpane and sing 'GOOD MORNING SUNSHINE' lol...
I find it goes away as I "come to/wake up fully" but I perceive grim when I wake up. A cup of tea help but not too much caffeine.
Of course other people own it. Don't worry you're surrounded by the majority.

Drugs only suppress the symptoms. After a while they don't work. Anxiety arises because here are unresolved issues in your go. Morning panic attacks arise because your brain have been trying to resolve things within your sleep and failed. You requirement to face up to your demons and resolve them. Counselling may give a hand.
I have never be a morning person. I remember one morning i get up and felt awake and positive, and it was a material shock, as i had never have this feeling in the past. I remember thinking that this must be what its like for other populace getting up in the morning. I other feel much happier surrounded by the evenings. Iv never been competent to work out my aversion to mornings. x
I always consistency sick and unwell first thing surrounded by the morning, but a cup of tea and a 20 minute sit down really help.. My mum used to vote that she woke in the morning near really hateful thoughts and anger when she be going through her menopause.
I do sometimes. I'm having one this morning as I type. I be aware of like I'm still contained by a dream state, I'm just trying to keep hold of occupied, do positive things, I'm a christian so I'm reading my bible and praying that God will bring me peace. Perhaps a stop by to the docs would do as both good.Maybe the meds no longer adequate. Don't worry something like the feelings though. They can't hurt us. They are merely feelings. Good luck love.
