ive been on a cruise the past week and now that im back on land i cant get my head to stop spinning.oh and my legs feel wobbly too! how can i get used to ground again?quickly!

LOL , I can relate. There's not much you can do but wait for your body to adjust itself. Nothing worse than walking around back on dry land with your body still rocking to the sea. Cheers and good luck.
