Try exercising during the day so that you get the impression tired. Avoid any mental activity for a few hours past you go to sleep
iam not a doctor or anything but i know how you perceive... maybe any youre getting to much sleep or getting to little sleep or you could just be stressed out short really knowing or you could be depressed or just plain something like to be sick what i did for it to go away be i got myself exicited for the subsequent day i get into different hobbies to keep myself keep amused. but go to the doctor anyways because it a short time ago may-be a medical thing
Do you drink alot of caffienated beverages? Especially closer to the time you run to bed?
If so cut the caffiene down and see if that works.
sugar too.
If your schedule of sleep change every day, it can be concrete to fall asleep.
If you give the impression of being to be doing everything right and it feels similar to there is zilch you can do to fall asleep, chat to your doctor.
I have be dealing with a sleep disorder for at most minuscule 15 years. Part of this relates to the fact that I worknights 3xweek. The night are together so that makes it easier. I enjoy a sleep routine that works for me. I shower, brush my teeth, sit onthe side of the bed and apply my lotions, I myself read the bible, others havebooks they like, and I lay down to sleep. I other sleep with the TV on, some relatives can't stand it. This started with working dark shift, it blocks out most of the daytime noise. I try to run to bed at the same time, dark or day. I also try to gain up about one and the same time. I find that if I sleep late on the weekends, it in recent times screws up my sleep more. It's oko shift out at night and grasp to bed late, but sleeping to lunchtime jsut makes you drag adjectives day.
I've have the same problem my together life!
It's probably not that you aren't sleepy or tired ample at night, if you're approaching me, then it have everything to do with mind race! It might not be a health issue all the same, but it will become one unless you can get yourself on a routine. Trust me, I know!
There's several things you do:
Don't do any stocky exercising/activity right before you travel to bed, it takes a while for our bodies to slow down and relax. Avoid consumption late BUT herbal teas are pious, plus taking a Calcium/Magnesium supplement before bed aids sleep. (Cut out any caffeine completely! All afternoon every day!)
I enjoy to force myself to leave my imagination for during the light of day, I'm an artist & usually my mind races at dark with brand new ideas. So I get what you mean. I try writing some of these philosophy down BEFORE I go to bed, and not consent to myself think give or take a few them while in bed. If there's something that I in recent times can't get past its sell-by date my mind, I'll get up and speck down the ideas or do a high-speed sketch, & then be in motion back to bed.
Mellow music (low) or try putting on a hanger-on (I think it's call "white noise")
Prayer and meditation is also helpful.
You're probably sleepy during the year because of your lack of sleep at hours of darkness. If you can concentrate on getting better sleep, you'll probably (hopefully) get the impression better during the day & be better competent to concentrate!
Hope this helps some! :)
