I am having some mortified pain and soreness contained by my chest. My mother says it is gas (which doesn't gross sense to me). Others say it is a pulled muscle, but I haven't be lifting or doing strenuous exercise at all. I have this same pain around this time ending year and it went away nearly a week or two later. When I lay down on my hindmost, it gets worse. When I lay on my chest or put pressure near a pillow it feels somewhat better. I don't want to run to the doctor unless I absolutely must. Should I keep on for 2 weeks and see if goes away resembling it did last year? Thanks within advance!

Ya why not wait possibly 3 or 4 weeks this time, until you drop dead? Go to Doc when your have the pain and bring a ultra sound. Chest dull pain is not something to put off, you stipulation to see the doctor during the pain not after it go away.
