If I shift to bed by 10pm, will I involve smaller number sleep than if I go to bed at 12am?

Between 10pm-2am the body does it's physical repair and the rest of the night focuses on psychological repair. Those starting point hours are more restful I believe than any other of the night.

Would it stand to rationale that if I slept at that time I would need smaller number sleep than if I went to bed at midnight? Or would I still entail to sleep the same amount?

Answer:
I other seem to sleep duplicate amount. I.E I can go to bed at 11 capture up around 7, around 9 and get up around 5, etc. Just run to bed when you're tired and get up when you get the impression most refreshed. Your body will spill out into its own natural sleep cycle. Do not rely on what the experts enunciate. They base their info on average background collected form thousands of people. It vary among individuals.
If you are tired at ten, just jump to bed - if not have a feeling free to stay up as long as you need. Your doctor will probably own more information.
they say your best hours of sleep are between 10 pm and 2 am
If you slept at 12 am, that mode you missed the first two hours of what could have be more than suffice for your physiological repair. However, that's not a fixed rule. Most doctors say, that it suffices to find 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep for adults above the age of 18. Some people never bring in it to bed before 12 am due to work hours or children- approaching me :) So I HOPE it doesn't mean one will age faster not sleeping at 9 or 10 pm.

Hope that help!
I find that if I go to sleep at 10, I bring up automatically by 5:30 or 6 am. If I get to bed by midnight, it's really hard to draw from up by 8 and feel rested
