What can create hot sweats and cold flashes at darkness (drug-free)?
I am only 26 and for olden times month since moving into my new place, every darkness I wake up contained by hot flashes and cold sweats, I keep the upper air on and I dont have any medical problems, could it be rash menopause or me just not individual comfotable in my contemporary home?

you might be have nightmares. Just because you dont remember having dreams at hours of darkness doesn't mean they are not within. It is possible that since to location of your sleeping place has changed your body wishes to get used to it and the nightmares will run away. I dont think you are have menopause at 26. Plus hot flashes come during the day also when you are have menopause
See your Doc. But you can rule out early menopause. Cold Flashes do not appear. Hot flashes from the top of your head to your chest. Am at hand now, not a pretty piece.

I would seriously return with in to a Dr. Stress is immensely powerful and it could be the cause, but since it seem to have be going on a bit long, it wouldn't hurt to get it checked duder..Best of luck,
