You requirement to finish the course of antibiotics, so go to your doctor (or parents) and explain that you are missing / enjoy lost some of the pills and you need a fill up on. End of story.

I just wonder if her know he stole a handfull of antibiotics from you..
they will not do anything for him, just cure up any infections he might be harboring..lol
Get a replenish since they are antibiotics. If u are taking them to treat acne then a few days short them are ok since minocycline takes time to build its level in to the skin to treat the acne.
Instead of taking them every time, take them every other light of day and stretch them out so it stays in your system.
Without a police report, I doubt you can obtain a refill precipitate so unless you want to do what is right and make a report, sit final and enable your brother so he can verbs to stay a loser. Wonder what else he has stolen of yours?
And why would your brother steal these? I would be substituting some candy stuff surrounded by the bottle that resembles the pills and keep the solid thing contained by another bottle in a appropriate hiding place, possibly even in an hollow Tylenol bottle in the stern of my drawer somewhere.
