You can use castor grease mixed with ginger juice (recommended dosage is on the bottle). This works at the double but may give you awful stomach pains at "intermittent" moments. I would lone recommend this method when grape or apple juice, prunes, etc., fall through to work. Increasing water intake and forgoing cheeses, etc. also help.
