no, a zippo doesn't hold a safety piece, just turn the rudder the same be as your bic to light, after close the lid to extinguish...i have be buying disposable bics that have a different, much easier-to-use safekeeping feature...it a short time ago has somewhat metal circle around the wheel that you push down while you're lighting...i don't resembling the way my cigarettes fondness when i use a zippo.

I think you might call for to seek professional oblige. Who cares almost how lighters work! The Zippo lighters work the same passageway as your Bic lighter, it just doesnt enjoy the safety button for the kids. When you turn the little metal rudder it rubs against another piece of metal creating a spark. There is gas in the lighter which catch that spark and lights up. When you are done lighting things, you let turn of the button and you no longer twist the joystick, Gas is no longer coming out and there is no more sparks. Thus the fire is gone! TA DA.

Yep, they are adjectives now stinking child proof! But that immediately makes them drunk proof...lolol
I don't know almost thoses, but there are some lighters that you single have a switch on them. I lighting a lot of insense, but I hold no clue how to light the regular lighters (I'm with the sole purpose 14, so really I don't need to know) Although you own to push hard to muted it, it's much easier then the lame wheel:)
Next time you should go into another part so you won't get a bunch of comments roughly speaking how you're in the wrong passage...you'll get better answers anyway.
