Dr will not return call in connection with check results?
Any help out would be appreciated.
Answer:
First, take the MRI results to another qualified physician. She definately requirements to know what is going on with her knees ASAP. Then she should at very smallest contact the Better Business Bureau, or her local "Problem Solver" news squad about him, if an attorney.
I would recommend she get on the phone near the office controller and demand an appt next to the doctor that day. If he is out of stock, then see one of his fellow physicians. She may lately want to show up on the doctor's doorstep and demand to be see.
She can also write a letter to the medical board for this unprofessional behavior.
I hope she get the medical attention she needs soon.
She desires to et an attorney. That's the only entry that will get them sour their butts. Or see another doctor. It sounds like this is a worker's comp crust? If so, this doctor may be treated her unfairly. Sometimes medical staff can show bias against workers comp. victims because so oodles people aren't necessarily hurt and try to clutch advantage of the system. I hold an uncle who did this (not a blood relative). Anyway, tell her to bring back a lawyer.
She should be keeping a diary of times when she contacted the doctor and documenting dates and anything pertinent to her injury. In the be going to time, she might want to get a foreign doctor, or at least a second evaluation. Her knee could be really messed up and obligation surgery and further prolonging the procedure could ultimately do more damage that could be irreversible, which she can and should sue for.
She requirements to find a new Dr.
