How does one use a "neti pot" for hayfever?

Did you get the bottle of drops of over-the-counter med that usually come with it? The label should have instructions. I tried it a couple of times but didn't care for the drops. You could also try warm saline water (just add a very small amount of salt to the water til it dissolves). Put the water in the pot, tilt your head sideways, and pour the solution into the one nostril. It will drain out the other.
