Went to use #2 and nothing but water came out?

I've had pneumonia for the passed few days and went to take a dump and nothing but water came out. Should I be worried? What does it mean?

That doesn't sound right at all. Go and see a doctor or if you live in the UK you can phone NHS Direct, tel: 0845 4647 before you do that. They have trained proffesionals better able to deal with your query. If you don't live in the UK then maybe you have something similar where you live.

You have to be careful you don't get dehydration, drink lots of fluids and make sure you get some nourishment inside you.

If you can get to a doctor then please see one asap.
