Why do I feel fluffy headed sometimes when I drink green tea?

Answer:
You should not be outlook lightheaded after drinking green tea, or any tea for that matter. If you grain jittery, it could be from caffeine. But light head, no. Are you drinking it to lose weight and not ingestion properly?

It could be you have a food allergy to the tea that make you feel lightheaded or conceivably even nauseous. Better take that checked out. It's not good.

Are you taking medications. If you are it might not mix resourcefully together. Even some meds with vitamins I have heard can interfere next to medicine.
Because tea is caffeine. Maybe your frantic system has a problem. You should not drink anything beside caffeine like: coffee, cola, etc. Time will come that you might develop insomnia.
