I cant sleep, any thinking?

Cut out caffeine. Don't take nap in light of day time. Don't eat at tiniest two hours before you budge to bed. No vigorous exercise two hours up to that time bed time. Play a relaxation tape while you are going to sleep. If baths and showers stir you up, take them when you take up.
i have equal problem. I have a radio within my bedroom. i put on some slow, soft music. It calms me and i am asleep surrounded by no time. my brother does this. he imagines he have a big eraser board. he mentally adds his problems on to it and than he erases it. sounds unusual i know, but it works for him.
try to do a lot of physical activites so that your body get tired. if not stir up earlier so that you dance to sleep earlier. a moment ago try those two things cuz thats what my doctor told me cuz i had this problem too.
here are some things that i own head works:
-wearing socks to bed
-sitting up surrounded by the dark (on your bed) and trying to force yourself not to sleep
-not doing doing much since you go to bed eg. work
-keep a notepad subsequent to your bed, incase the reason you cannot sleep is because you hold thinking of things for the next days
