What are some Low Carb foods?

I am trying to lose weight and gain a six pack, But How do I do that? Crunches arent really working for me? HELP!

WARNING: A low-carb diet will not help you get a six-pack. Your body NEEDS carbs, and cutting them out is not only harmful to your body but it is also detrimental to your weight loss efforts.

You can't spot-reduce fat. Your body puts it on and takes it off in its own way. The only way for a female to get a six-pack is to get her body fat down to about 12%, and that takes strict diet and regular exercise. Crunches alone won't do it -- sure, they strengthen your abs, but they're not good at stripping away the layer of fat that sits over them. Cardio, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and even strength training will help you lose fat.
