Is milk is enough for breakfast?

I usually drink only milk on breakfast, but I observed that I'm losing my weight, so isn't ok to having only 500ml of milk on breakfast?

That means getting a good protein source (Eggs) and a good source of complex carbohydrates (Oatmeal) to fuel you to your next meal. Breakfast should be the largest meal of your day to give you energy.
Carbs & protien are a good start.
Never! Even docs say the most important meal is breakfast!Myself,rather have a heavy breakfast and lighter meals after.Or maybe you like the weight loss?
