I have a stomach bug and am sick of the BRATT diet. what else can i have?

Crackers, popcorn, grains like maybe oatmeal. Drink plenty of fluids. Maybe get the pedilyte they give kids with the runs. Jello or broth. Maybe a boiled egg. Four days is quite a stretch--if you're not over it soon, please see a doctor or health clinic. Could be something more serious.
As you get over it, be gentle on your system for a few more days--no salads or raw veggies, just easy to digest stuff.
Also: I used to have the bug much more often than now--wash your hands more often and more thoroughly, and be extremely careful handling food. If in doubt throw it out. If a little doubt, heat it up very well-not just microwave-to kill the stray germ. Don't let food sit out either, sometimes people let things sit until everyone is done--no. Ask if anyone needs anything and then put it all away. Some people eat so slowly, food can start to spoil. I hope you are already over it, and maybe this helps prevent next time. Live well!
