I hope that you are looking for cloth diapers because they are so much better than disposables. The just problem I've seen is that I've never see a 5XL diaper, especially in a disposable. With cloth you can enjoy custom made diapers or better yet, buy the things at a sewing center and make your own diapers. That's what I did.
Yes, I'm incontinent and wear diapers adjectives the time and I've used both disposables and cloth diapers and believe me, cloth is the most comfortable and the best fit.
Because of the cost involved in buying the cloth diapers, I granted to make my own. There is a substantial initial outlay of money for cloth, but over time they pay for themselves because you aren't throwing your money into a landfill near the disposable diapers.
Just think nearly it, no matter how little or how much you use a diaper, if it's disposable it get thrown away, but if it is cloth, you just rinse and dry it and reuse it. That way you don't consume the money on a disposable that is almost not used.
The diapers I made for myself are contoured with pliable in the waist and leg opening. I use pins to hold them on but you can make them near velcro closures if you want. Just mak sure there is some approach to cover the velcro when washing and drying them, otherwise the velcro get clogged with lint and won't work. Myself, I prefer pins.
Regardless of who they are for, I hope that they find the right size and delight in them many times over.
