People don't sell their body parts. They are donated. It's illegal in the US to do so. I would never, ever trust a doctor that claims that he'll give me money for a kidney or a lung or blood -- or ANYTHING! That's not a legitimate doctor.
Please think of another way to make money. If you are determined to help the medical community, you could volunteer for a medical study. They pay for your medications and care, and sometimes a little for the inconvenience, but it's not exactly profitable. You'd make a lot more money at a regular job.

If you sell your 'two kidneys' you will need dialysis, so I would advise getting greedy and selling both.
You can donate part of your liver, since it is the only organ that will regenerate itself. It's very hard on the donor tho.
There's a black market for lungs and you could also be a sperm donor, plasma, whole blood, I guess you could give up an eye, or maybe the 80 % of your brain that you are obviously not using.

Ok if you're in need of money selling your organs isn't the best solution. You could end up in deeper financial disability if there's a complication with the surgery.
You should try selling some items from your house. Try getting more than one job and saving and only spending money on things you need. I'm sorry for your desperation.

I know you can sell plasma here and it doesnt cost you anything, but as far as organs,you donate thoose and usually dont get paid for that! Are you that desperate for money?:)
well you can't sell both your kidneys, you need at least one to live.
When I was a poor college student a million years ago, well actually about 25, I used to sell my plasma twice a week. You had to wait in line with a bunch of homeless people, winos and crack-heads for about 2-3 hours so you could lay on a cot for another hour and a half with a huge needle in your arm. At the end of the ordeal they handed me $15, which was enough to fill my refrigerator with beer and my cupboards with boxes of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. The good old days...
