Will one beer show up on screening?

I had one beer second night to gather my college grades with my parents and today I finished up having to do a drug/alcohol screening. Will that ONE beer mess everything up? Its be over 12 hours.

I wouldnt worry more or less 1 beer. Besides after 12 hours shouldnt be much of it left contained by your system
