Its the body's way to return with oxygen into your blood and to your brain quickly

I believe you yawn when your body needs more oxygen... It can be catchy, because usually if in attendance is not enough oxygen for one creature, than there is not for other ethnic group either.

I discussed this within one of my classes earlier. A professor told me that it is the way of getting oxygen to enter the body. If you are wondering why ethnic group yawn when they are tired or bored, it is because when you are bored you begin to breath shallower in need even noticing it. Therefore, near is a lack of oxygen. When you yawn, you breath surrounded by a lot more nouns than regularly, so basically it is the body's course of naturally bringing within more of the needed oxygen. very well i think it have to do with want of oxygen to the brain and its the bodies natural defense machinery to help release oxygen to your brain. I own severe indoor allergies to commercial buildings. When im at work once they depending on what season it is turn on their ac or heat my sinuses swell up and i discern really tired and start yawning all morning long and i even feel listless. When the sinuses swell up the amount of oxygen decreases and that`s why I yawn
