IBS or something? i dunno...?
I haven't experienced anything i can call a symptom or a warning sign before today but i did have many intestinal/stomach related issues when i was a child (pyloric stenosis (sp?) as a baby and a super-colon in my early teens).
anybody have an idea what this could be? with the exception of the rumbly tummy and constant pressure on my sphinx, i feel totally fine. my appetite is normal and i don't have a fever that i can note. I also stay well hydrated and do my best to avoid crappy food (pun intended) on a regular basis.

Sounds like something irritated ur intestines. I find high fiber foods send my intestines into trouble. Take another look at what ur eating and keep an eye on high fiber foods and whether or not later on if ur stomach/intestines bother u. This could be something other then IBS. There are many other problems assoiciated with the intestines that include colitis, crohn's disease, gluten allergies, or even sensitivites to ingredients in foods that irritate the lining of the intestines.
