Is there anything I can do to promote the healing of my stomach lining?

I've had gastritis for months. I'm on some acid blockers, but I'm still nauseous every single day. My doctor said I can't really do anything but wait for my stomach lining to heal. Are there any kind of supplements or something I can take to speed up the process?

I already know what foods to avoid and everything.

Answer:
Calcium and magnesium, taken together, help.
