I have be addicted to Diet Soft Drinks for as long as I can remember. I drink mostly Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. I have never drunk alcohol or smoked cigarettes, and never will. I am freshly extremely addicted to Diet Soft Drinks. I even drink more the worse I feel.

long term wear and crack hurts your enamel on your teeth, and decays your teeth horribly. that's the one and only one i could think of short research.
I am addicted to diet pepsi...and I do know it is bad for your teeth-wears away the enamel. Plus if you drink the caffeinated helpful, it is not good for blood sugar level. I'm trying to cut back, slowly but hopefully surely
most diet drinks contain aspartame, an artificial sweetner. It's toxic. (It converts into formadehyde within your brain!)

You are consuming a lot of caffeine. That can inflict you to be jittery as well as hurt your teeth and your stomach. I am glad to hear that you do not drink alcohol or smoke, in a minute maybe you can substitute some of your pop near caffeine free pop and slowly reduce the amount that you drink. It is sturdy but it can be done.
