Puberty and height?
My dad is 5'7 and my mom is 5'5. However my dad is this tall cuz he did not have enough nutrition when he was young, so was my mom cuz they were poor but all of their younger bros are higher than 5'10 and I have a great grandpa who was 6'6. My dads real height was estimated between 5'9-5'11.
I want to b tall when I grow up for personal reasons. My uncle told me that if i dont grow during my 14 to 15 period i would be this tall my entire life so this are my questions:
1. Do you think that i reached my adult height already?
2. Do you think ill grow more?
3. How much more do u think ill grow?
4. Is it true that if u dont grow during ur 14-15 year period ull never grow again? (did it happen to you?)
5. Will i reach the 6 feet tall?

girls reach maximum height at 16, boys at 18! (scientific research has shown this)
you have 4 more years to grow!
6 feet is a little too ambitious, don't you think :-) ?
but, based on your genetics you might reach those 6 feet
Boys tend to stop growing (height wise) at about 16, so you still have two years to go. The average is 2.5 inches per year once the growth spurt begins, and given your genetic background, 6' isn't out of the realm of possibility.
The thing is all you can do is eat properly (drink your milk!). There is nothing you can really do to change your eventual height so try not to think about it too much.
