ive been getting these things on my arms that look close to pimples but there not. for a couple of weeks they didnt itch or bother me. but immediately it seems similar to there getting worse and spreading down my arms. sometimes they itch and sometimes they dont. im using duplicate laundry detergent, so i know its not that. ive tried everything from facial washes noxema, clearcil, etc. ruined. ive tried different body washes and that doesnt relieve. i work in a contrivance shop with grease and coolent. but ive been here 2 years and it lately started. i mow the lawn every weekend but its individual on my arms. what should i try to clear this up???

I have it and its not to serious- I simply use a cream. It mainly appears contained by the joints of my arms and legs
