Well, I am 17 and I am 5'2 and I am not getting any taller. Sometimes explicitly how it is. I wouldn't worry to much though, you still enjoy a while to go beforehand you can officially right to be heard you won't get any taller. Don't verbs to much!
Why do you want to be tall? Being short is nice in actual fact. No one makes fun of long legs. That's how you're built, of late be happy beside it. :)
Actually people are formation to become taller because of the hormones that are in our food. There is no specific diet (that is legitimate) that can engineer you grow taller. My father is 5'6'' and my mother is 5'3'' but I am 5'7''. Unfortunately you can't really do anything to make yourself grow taller. But judge of it like this "I'm not short I'm fun sized!"
near isnt really a way to spawn one grow more i guess if you talked to your doctor they can provide you a more definate answer on how to solve your problem but everyone has other told me that you stop growing about two years after you achieve your period. i am contained by pretty much the same situation as you i am 14 and 5'4 but i hold learned that mortal short definatly has its advantages.
you're freshly 14, you'll definitely grow taller. but as expected, sleeping early does work, and also drinking milk until that time going to bed. cherifer also works. the age that a person stops growing is 20, so you don't enjoy to worry.

I'm afraid I can't answer this for you - because I'm dealing near the same problem. Or economically, not neccessarily dealing because I'm desperate for options to engender me look taller as well. I'm fourteen and 5'2''. But I suppose at hand just aren't any. Or wear the matchless heels you can possibly find ;). This post probably doesn't help you, but I figure it'd help more than everyone saw "you'll grow, you'll grow". It may be easy for them to enunciate, but it still sucks. All we can do is hope. So I'm really, really hoping, as well as for you.
