Answer:
get some aloe vera and hold someone put it on your back for you. it will minister to wonders.

I have a sunburn very soon too that itches.
I'm from Florida and I know sunburns. Take something like Tylenol or Ibuprophen and find into the shower. Pour vinegar onto the sunburn. It will help. Also, bring back some aloe. It may be brown, but the itching (it's horrible, I know) means you will probably trim a bit. It's the tiny blisters coming up. No worries. Let it heal and go and get back out - but embezzle it a bit slower to avoid the burn. Your skin will not get any more suntan after 15 minutes. Get a base sunburn first to prevent burning. Burning causes too plentiful problems in the adjectives.

Try putting the vinegar into a spray bottle so you can spray it over your shoulder.
It would help if you could get hold of someone to look at your back, and weakly run their hands over it. If in attendance are any raised bumps, you should carry to a doctor ASAP - these could be moles or even skin cancer starting. (It's probably not, but it's better to be safe than sorry - fence in it early and it's straightforward to treat.)

When you get sunburned, the outermost portion of your skin dies past its sell-by date. Usually, this peels bad, but sometimes it just harden in place and get dry, tight, and itchy.

I suggest you get a long-handled vertebrae brush, and scrub your back GENTLY within the shower or bath next to a nice moisturizing soap or bath gel. After you towel bad, you can slip a cotton sock over the business end of the put a bet on brush, squirt some lotion on it, and reach your spinal column that way. (You can hang on to the lotion-covered sock in the bathroom and use it several times up to that time throwing it in the purify.) The combination of warm sea, exfoliation, and moisturizing lotion, done every day or even twice a light of day, will probably be enough to improve the itching.

If the itching is more severe, a lotion that has an antihistamine (such as Benadryl) or a cortisone ingredient will be most handy.
