I own lice, I stipulation a quickway to fix it minus compromising my pelt, i love it! I want them gone!?

Yah, I have a million little nits and yesterday I used nix to execute the few (under 10) lice on my head but the plastic comb i enjoy been using doesn't procure them and barely works on my long, gummy hair! Any overnight, trouble-free to get out methods? I would use olive grease but i don't know if it works and i think i couldn't achieve it out of my hair.
