You might have veritigo
or an inner ear infection
yes- i get one for you. if you're head starts literally "swimming" when you tilt your person in charge back and to one side, later you may be in a bit of an emergency and surrounded by need of a chiropractor to rub your neck. because the (not sick dizzy but swimming-dizzy feeling) is to do next to having a bit of arthritis contained by the neck and this cause the joints surrounded by neck to grab up and this in turn can raison d`¨ºtre trapped flesh between joints, and swelling from it. next the swelling, with the increase of the backward-tilting movement in the d¨¦colletage, can block the arteries running to and from your brain. if so, you'd need to embezzle ibuprofen and put ice on the neck-there's a swelling to bring down even if you're not aware of it. or you might purely be overworked or need more sleep.
You should turn & see your Doctor, might be your blood pressure
I have like problem, i've had it for over five years and presently my doctor has granted to send me to a neurology clinic, attain yourself checked at the doctors.
four things come to mind to cause this so its a look in to doc ASAP
