I'm 15,& i'm experiencing some united problems. anyone know what's cause this?
i've been have problems with my hips & knees. on a regular reason, my hips feel similar to a finger does when you push it too far back, lately before you break it, & sometimes my leg tingles. most of the time, my hips grind & pop when i sit undisputed ways. as for my knees, they pop when i get up, & sometimes tramp.
i guess my questions are, is my warring arts prompting this, or is it just ordinary for a 15 year old girl to own these problems? also, what do these problems mean within terms of injury, or disease, or anything approaching that?? &, what should i do about these problems?

I am within the same boat as you are. I own joint problems similar to that I swam competitevley for 6 years and did martial arts for a short time ago over a year. My hips popped, my knees cracked, I have foot problems(my toes cramp up so discouraging my toes pop out of joint and I enjoy to wear corrective shoes), I have inner and outer ear problems(I can never swim again and I hold to use persricption ear drops everyday), my back is messed up, my elbow is adjectives screwed up(arthritus, tendonitus, and it stopped growing so one arm is an inch longer then the other), I own tendonitus in both hand, wrists, and forearms, my ankles also pop and crack, I also have arthritus within my hands. My problems started when I be 15, almost 2 years ago. My problems started the same bearing yours did just my hips and knees. In smaller amount then 2 years adjectives of the things I listed above happen. I have be to more doctors then I can count and contained by 2 years my body went from ordinary to that of a 50 year old iron man competitor, beside no explination except for the fact that because I be growing and doing sports like swimming and military arts it put to much strain on my body and ruined my joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, and bone structure. The simply thing you can really do is stop or steal about a year or two past its sell-by date from martial arts and hope nil happens. Take it from me its worth it within the long run.
Drink water 2 lubricate the joint and ask if u have osteoperosis(bone mass lowering) {i doubt it}
try drinking more wet
i had a similar problem once, i too have been contained by martial arts for several years at the time. they tend to take place between the ages of 12-20 and generaly have to do near bone growth. some bones grow faster than others givng unnoticable differences. your joints dont clash up perfectly so they rub together and hurt. its nought to wrry about but if the torment bothers you to much get a kneebrace.
You should ask these question of a doctor who is an expert.Don't just permit things slip by and not do any thing in the order of because you will eventually regret it later. Also try to save sugar out of your diet as much as possible and don't drink Soda and Coffee
i have one and the same problem, my dad said its hereditary but it can also be from diet, drink collective in a can, it rebuild cartilage and whatnot for joints. Its usually for elder people but if ur have that much trouble id utter try it. I find it more fun to constantly pop my ankles knees and elbows in class, lol.
It is probably Ok, but don't debris time and wait too long to see a Dr. Very childlike kids have arthritis and low bone mass, progress have it adjectives checked out and be sure.
I cannot say if within is something more than this going on, so getting checked out by a doctor may be your best answer...O.K. I am a massage psychotherapist and have see some of these same complaints with my younger clients. You are still young-looking and growing. Your bones are growing faster than your muscles. Stretching and maybe a yoga class beside a family extremity may be what you need to offer those muscles a bit of relief. Again, I am not a doctor, so I cannot influence if there isn't something else going on, but explicitly my best answer from a massage psychoanalyst point of view.
