If I'm not mistaken, Alka Seltzer has aspirin as an ingredient which can be irritating to your stomach and Pepto Bismal can cause constipation.
There are several things that could be ailing you including a Hiatal Hernia or an Ulcer to name just two. Stop self medicating yourself and consult your doctor if the pain persists or gets worse.
As it is, we only know that your stomach has been hurting for several days and you have self medicated with Alka Seltzer and Pepto Bismal. Neither medication worked.
It could be something simple, such as something you ate that didn't agree with you. If so, it should be gone by now. It could be gallbladder trouble (LUQ pains with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), pancreatitis(RUQ unrelenting pains that may radiate to the back, with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), liver problems (RUQ pains with nausea, yellow skin or eyes, maybe diarrhea), GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease -- pain high in center of abdomen, as high as the chest, the esophageal sphincter, a small smooth ring of muscle that should close so that the acidic digestive juices mixed with churned food does not reflux back into the esophagus, is not working properly. Therefore, this digestive juice and food mix will reflux into your esophagus. It might burn. This could be serious if the acidic fluids begin to damage the esophagus), Center of abdomen, Peptic or gastric ulcers, Gastroparesis -- (stomach pains, nausea, vomiting, feeling full after only a bite or two of food, possible weight loss), Pyloric Stenosis (primarily affects infants.)
Pain in the lower abdomen might be appendecitis, IBD,IBS Diverticulitis, Colitis, Polyps, Colon Cancer and more.
Depending upon the location of the pain..RUQ (right upper quadrant), LUQ (left upper quadrant), left or right lower quadrant, center of the abdomen, high up into the chest, and depending upon the other symptoms, nausea? vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gas, reflux of acidic digestive juices mixed with churned food, radiating pain to the back, the feeling of being full after just a bite or two, slow movement through the digestive tract, yellow skin or eyes, how your stool looks. Wherever your pain is located, and whatever your symptoms are, they go together like the clues in a mystery! Everything is needed to get an idea of what your stomach problems might be. Then blood tests and views of your internal organs would need to be seen. When you put all of that together, you might have a diagnosis!
It is best to go to your doctor and have him or her check you out...quick!
