Don't know what kind of stress your have, like university, but shutting everyone out I don't think is the answer. You can't live your go like that. Rather breathe slowly and try thinking how substantial the thing your stressed over more or less really is, you still have own flesh and blood, a life, memories, and heaps good things to come.
