If you're worried, ask a friend (drug free friend) to pee in a cup for you, next pour it into a ziploc bag and put it on your inner thigh wrapped around near tape. Then move about and take the pee testing and pour the pee into the cup. You have to own it wrapped around your leg to keep it warm up to your own body temperature. Ha ha...fitting luck!! :)

Yep, you're good. don't believe the paranoids and the anti-druggers. 30 days is more than ample. Second hand smoke shouldn't register surrounded by your blood, it would be another story if they took a DNA test. If you want to quality a little better just about it, drink a bunch of water between in a minute and your test, but again, you should be fine.

I smoked a long time ago and decided to construct a life silver and stopped. Back then I received guidance that was wan, but NOT dangerous and worked beforehand I took my urinalysis (I hadn't smoked in 45 days):
Drink lots of dampen, exercise and take a Lecithin supplement (it pulls the THC out of the outer fatty tissue layer which the water will flush away). A few days in the past the test stop the lecithin start pigging out on fatty foods. You'll quality like crap and it's ungodly weak, but it buries the remaining THC under a level of fat. You'll outdo a urinalysis.
Do yourself a favor and stop while it's illegal. If it ever go legal, toke it up!
Just a register: eating toothpaste is precarious and it doesn't work. Don't do it. Also, as someone who has taken closely of urinalysis tests, don't drink a ton of marine right before your examination. It will dilute your urine. If your urine is too diluted than you will not pass the assessment and may have to retake it.
dude you're accurate. 5 wks is plenty of time. also, if you're on probation for something and you try any of that "hiding someone else's pee up your skirt" crap, they will throw you right in top-security prison. my mom is a probation officer and actually have to WATCH people piss. she tell me stories all the time more or less how people try to slip things within their pee to clear it up. but yeah...5 wks ago? it'll be cake.
Likely… yes. But not worth the risk. Go to Target or Wal Mart, pay $25 and you can purchase an instant try-out kit. These are similar panels to the standard 5 panel check, that most employer use. The kits are vastly simple, just approaching a pregnancy test.
I do drug conducting tests for a living, we also sell instant kit, so people are competent to pre screen themselves. Good luck near this, it is not worth failing.
