that butt clenches can make your butt more shapely?
I have always felt that mine was too big for my frame (my waist is absolutely tiny, only about 28-30 inches) and my legs are really skinny. if i, erm, 'clench' haha a couple times each day (lets say 3 times, with 15 reps) will it help any to make my butt firmer/toned? im not looking for a bigger one haha
