Shingles is an outbreak of the herpes zoster virus (you probably had chickenpox as a child and your immune system is a short time stressed right now so it's letting the dormant virus affect you).
Try a course (1 month) of 500 mg of L-Lysine every morning on an futile stomach. This will help suppress the virus.
It's approaching poison oak: you just enjoy to ride it out.
i just have them replaced. they usually don't last more than 10-15 years. it wasn't that expensive
I abhorrence Doctors, but you have to progress to the doctor for this and fast. I hold a friend that lost her eyesight to shingles!! It was on her nouns and she tried to medicate it herself, but it spread so fast, and after it was too belated. Go to the doctor!
Shingles is caused by the dormant chicken pox virus, herpes zoster. Friends of mine own had shingles, and in that is no fast remedy for it. It have to run its course. However, you should consult a physician or other health professional as soon as possible. Herpes zoster is treated near anti-viral, pain and anti-inflammatory medication. Eye drops and ointments may be prescribed to treat optical problems. In some cases, secondary conditions cause by herpes zoster may require surgery.
Those who are infected should avoid contact with relations who may be more susceptible to contracting the disease such as: the elderly, children, pregnant women, or anyone with a compromised immune system.
It's stinging. I think the doctor will prescribe you anguish relief and something to help out you fall asleep.
Shingles is a remnant of chicken pox. Somehow a virus of it can be in motion dormant for many years, and later something awakens it, but it can't go its mundane route, so it turns inward and attacks the nerves. The result is nothing but discomfort.
The only solution is see your doctor for the proper prescriptions, which can be comparatively expensive.
