What is this odd stomach-ache contained by my chest?

For over 24 hours now I hold been have this very discomfited sensation in my chest/sternum. I thought it might be heartburn but tums didn't serve at all and in attendance is no burning sensation. They best way I can describe it is that it feel exactly the same as when you lug a drink and it goes down the tube surrounded by one hard stinging lump.

It's just approaching that over and over. It feels similar to it is moving downward each time. My chest is also origination to feel tight.

Any conscientious answers would be greatly appreciated. Other than the weird pains I perceive fine, no other symptoms.
