I have an addiction to Alka-Seltzer I take them when I don't need them ...What can I do ?

Maybe you like the fizzy feeling as it goes down your throat - be careful though, it contains an aspirin derivative. Drink a club soda instead, or take Airborne, that should satisfy your jones for the bubbles.

Thats strange due to alka-seltzer doesnt have an addictive quality i for one hate it but everyones different i guess.
