CPR training?
Answer:
You can register at Red cross or the American Heart Association. I work for a hospital and they only adopt AHA, so check with your program to see if they hold any special requirements. The class is pretty basic for CPR. Make sure that you nose round the classes. Usually instructors are pretty good give or take a few making sure to stress the important info that you will want for the test. You will simply be practicing on manequins for infection reasons and also if you do CPR properly on a human you will probably break someone's rib, so that wouldn't be any worthy. Good luck with conservatory.
on a mannequin, and you can do red cross (1 year since renewal) or American Heart Association (2 years before renewal) Very uncomplicated and worth while.
I had to the training years ago. About 4hrs for the unbroken
training. The" mannequins" are modeled on real citizens as to be as life-like as possible.(Interesting story behind the "models"). Because I have a cold, I wasn't allowed to do the mouth-to-mouth, but was competent to do the rest of the training. Believe me, it's very unyielding work to keep doing for merely five minutes, but knowing that you can help recover a life if you
hold to, is very awe-inspiring sometimes.
