What is the difference between Bayer Asprin and a Target brand asprin? Are they not the exact same thing?

Answer:
They are about the same, one is cheaper, but one may have better quality ingredients in it. Sometimes the off-brand (Target Brand) is better than the Brand Name (Bayer), and vise-versa. But if your taking asprin for something serious like heart problems, consult your doctor before switching medications.

Check the active ingredients on both. I suspect they are the same except for maybe a few inert ingredients. I usually check the store brand with the name brand while I'm there buying and if they match then I get the store brand because it's cheaper.
Yep, except the target brand will be cheaper.
yes, they r. generic brands r made by name brands.
