Why do I feel so anxious?

Depends how often and where on earth you feel similar to this, it may be an anxiety disorder or if it isn't very frequent and isn't to a specific nouns then it may basically be random anxiety that everyone get if it gets too discouraging speak to your doctor about it.
Is within anything, any big milestone, coming up that you're nervous more or less? Or, has anything changed lately in your life span?
I never new what anxiety attacks are, until I moved overseas away from my kinfolk.I wasn't moving AWAY from my family, I freshly wanted an incident. I guess I wasn't ready for it. I feel the same passageway you do. And I would get green about the gills too. And I would feel approaching I just looked-for to curl up into a ball or run around screaming or something. I didn't know what to do next to myself.
I just worked through it, get done what I needed to get done, and as I get more and more settled in my exotic home, things got better.
I would still return with attacks sometimes, but not as frequent and not as severe.
So, if something has changed contained by your life, conceivably new surroundings, unusual job, hot something, the unknown territory could be cause them. Try getting settled and finding your place in your unsullied situation.
Years later, when I moved fund "home" (still kinda far from home, but close enough that I could stop by once a month), I would still get attacks. But it would be cause by things that I couldn't control. Things like motor accidents and annihilation and weird alarming stuff. I think discussion about things, similar to fears and issues, can help next to this. I've talked to my husband roughly speaking things, and I am going to seek professional aid.
People sometimes think Psychiatrists are just for "crazy people" and that if you go to one, next you must be "crazy." That's not true though. Your health insurance probably even covers psychiatric visit, because it's a health issue. The stress and anxiety you're attitude could become worse, and it could start to cause problems next to school, work, and only just life contained by general. So, maintain an eye on things, stay in tune next to your feelings, and collaborate to someone when you need to.
