Im have trouble sleeping any suggestions on how i could procure to sleep?

I can't sleep in the foggy or in silence so I any sleep with the tv on or the radio && a dark light on, but it depends on your problem. If you can't sleep grounds you are constantly thinking about undisputed things non stop, go to a pshycologist (better therapist). I do once a week. lol, seriously tho..
Melatonin. It's a inbred suppliment that actually help you fall asleep and stay asleep. You can pick it up within the vitamin/natural suppliment aisle at any drug store.
you can put your feet surrounded by warm hose for a while.
If you have, you can use some tea, resembling Chinese tea or herb tea.
That increase your blood circulation, herb for detoxification and smells nice.
Other thing you can do is after you get into the bed, imagine your right leg is completely heavy. it get heavier and it doesn't move. then moved out leg. Then right arm and left arm.

A simple remedy that I would try, and was surprisingly compassionate for me, is a CD. It's call Glenn Harrold's Ultimate guide to a relaxing sleep every night. Honestly, this be recommended by my doctor and I thought, "yeah, ok, whatever", but now that I've tried it I can speak it's fantastic. I've even bought other CD's he's put out.

Take a thaw out bath and drink thaw milk before you step to bed. And don't forget to pray. Also, don't use your brain for nonsense point. If you have problem give notice it to the Lord. He will take perfectionism of it. Thinking will not add years to your duration. Be happy and hold on to on smiling and the world will smile with you. Cry and you will cry alone.
