I hold getting little red sores on my tounge and mouth, please relief!?

This is a recurring problem and i dont know what is wrong, is it a brackish or sugar thing i dont own much of either except i do drink mostly soft drink, but i dont know what is wrong, my mouth hurts adjectives the time and there are swollen little red sores on my tounge and mouth, how can i get hold of rid of them? My boyfriend is coming over to stay the weekend the day after tomorrow and i dont want to grant them to him or for it to painful to kiss him, PLEASE HELP!

Go to the doctor, asap, because my best guess is that it may be a sexual disease, and your boyf won't trust you if you knew you have something and didn't take safekeeping of it before kissing him.
