How can I walk to sleep faster?

I go to sleep at six surrounded by the morning and wake up at two at dark. How is there a road to go to sleep faster? I've already tried wake up early and reading a book. I also tried watching box until I fall asleep but I still go to sleep late. What do I do?

You sleep 20 hours? I would see a doctor. How within the heck do you got to bed at 6am and sleep until 2 am minus waking up beforehand that?

go and see if you own delayed sleep phase syndrom. it could be a mess up in your circadian rhythm. if you don't own that, go from within and see what else you can do just ask another ask on YA

drink beer while relaxing and watching tv. seriously, thats what i do.
Well.go to sleep after a cup of milk and next keep your mind set to sleep. You should not put adjectives your worries in your heart close to dustbin before going to sleep.Better focus positively of pleasent memories of the day.i assure you a nice sleep.
Exercise. Work contained by the yard. Anything physical. Work your style into oblivion.

yeah i agree near those that say 'exercise'.

if you really abhorrence getting sweaty and stuff, try walking around or being busy and not sitting down the together day.
by the time its darkness, you'll fall straight into bed.

for me, i prefer to sprawl on the bed and listen to the radio just an hour in the past bedtime.
it calms me down.
after i turn off the radio and the lights, only rest and slowly i'll fall asleep.
you can try doing this for a few days and whenever the lights or radio are rotten, you'll go...zzzzzzzzzzzz...
