Oral Piercings: Getting told no dairy when icecream is suppost to be great?

Why is it people say aloud absolutely no dairy nonetheless ice cream is suppost to be great next to the healing process?


Answers:    I ate regularly nearly 2 hours after my piercing and had positively no problems, no swelling, no pain whatsoever. I've never hear you can't have dairy - near were no limitations as far as I can remember, but I've have my piercing for about 10 years, so who know if I'm forgetting something.
You have purely made a hole in an organ of your body (I am assuming the tongue) why would you keeping what you eat?
