What are the PROS and CONS of cracking your knuckles?

pro-gives more mobilitly in fingers
cons-damages the meninges (joints) that eventually may organize to arthritis
Ok first off when you crack your knuckles you don't really crack your knuckles. I know that sounds grotesque but honest to god its true that sound is your tendons snapping subsidise into place and moving.
Pros-it makes you more flexible FOR A TIME eventually you will develope arhtritus, tendonitus and a handful of other problems
Cons-you WILL develope develope arthritus, tendonitus, and other common and ligament problems. I know people that own snapped tendons cracking their knuckles.
