What do you adjectives suggest for someone who is have difficulty sleeping at hours of darkness?

I may have a nasal log jam. I wake up surrounded by the middle of the night. I mull over I am having some sensitive of breathing problem. I am 48 years old, and when I be a young child I be hit with a revenue on my nose. 38 years next, I think this snarl-up is starting to take over my energy. Boy am I dragging. It isn't stress at all. I know that and I don't clutch any uppers!

A breathing problem should really be a concern since it is a basis to live. If you don't own the colds you might want to see a doctor and have a check up about your nose. For the meantime you can manufacture your bedroom cozy and drink warm milk to somehow serve you sleep. Hope this helps.
It sounds close to you may be suffering from sleep apnoea, this is where you enjoy periods of non-breathing when asleep. My reccomendation would be to see your doctor as it can be perilous.
