Is anyone aware of any diseases or conditions that would cause an otherwise thriving, 31 y.o. female to suddenly open producing excess saliva that has an out of the ordinary sour/acidic taste to it? It's really moderately annoying--it's pooling up under my tongue, and I be aware of like I'm swallowing every 5 - 10 second!

excessive salivation (drooling) is one of the early signs of pregnancy! otherwise...thats a physiological make happen..maybe other problems beside teeth or so..
You might just be getting the flu, but if you're worried run see the doctor to be sure
